Passeggiata a cavallo al tramonto o all’alba

La passeggiata a cavallo al tramonto o all’alba ti accompagna in un bellissimo percorso di strade bianche, tra le dolci colline di Volterra durante le suggestive ore del tramonto o dell’alba. Successivamente, al termine della passeggiata, verrà servito un aperitivo o una colazione all’Agriturismo Biologico Diacceroni.

Durante la passeggiata potrai interagire con i nostri esperti istruttori (qualifica FISE di istruttore federale di secondo livello), che ti guideranno in sicurezza e ti racconteranno, in italiano e inglese, curiosità ed aneddoti sul mondo dell’equitazione. La monta è all’inglese. Per la sicurezza della tua famiglia, i bambini under 14 non possono cavalcare fuori dall’arena.

All’arrivo al nostro maneggio ti verrà fornito il casco di sicurezza e incontrerai il cavallo che ti accompagnerà durante la passeggiata. Dopo un breve briefing con l’istruttore, potrai scoprire a cavallo le bellezze della nostra terra, percorrendo l’itinerario che costeggia il lago del Gattero ed il fiume Era. Al ritorno verrà servito l’aperitivo o la colazione nella meravigliosa cornice dell’Agriturismo Biologico Diacceroni.

Het was even zoeken om deze te vinden, maar we werden erg blij van de overzichtelijke site en het uitgebreide aanbod. Dus boekte we de pasta making workshop voor 10 personen incl. 2 kids van 9 en 11. Het was voor ons wel 1,5 uur rijden, maar het was een prachtige rit er naartoe. Daar aangekomen werden we vriendelijk ontvangen en overgedragen aan Ilenia die ons een duidelijke en uitgebreide uitleg gaf. Ze hielp iedereen waar nodig met veel geduld en beantwoorden al onze vragen. We moesten zelf het deeg maken en het daarna met de hand uitrollen totdat het doorschijnend was. Tussendoor werden we nog verwend met een verrukkelijke huisgemaakte Procecco. Vervolgens maakte we eerst een met ricotta gevulde ravioli, die later werd klaargemaakte in een heerlijke boter en salie saus. Daarna maakte we tagliatelle die een overheerlijke bolognesesaus kreeg en de restjes werden voorzien voor een lekkere tomatensaus. Die we daar in het restaurant lekker mochten oppeuzelen onder het genot van een heerlijk glaasje wijn.Het was echt een fantastische ervaring waar we met heel veel plezier op terugkijken en die onze reis extra speciaal heeft gemaakt.
