Eggplant Parmesan Course

The eggplant parmesan course takes you through the preparation of all the ingredients to cook none of the typical dishes of our tradition, fried eggplant and tomato sauce. After, the dish prepared during the course will be cooked and served, enhanced by traditional products. The lunch or dinner will be served with excellent Diacceroni wine.

During the course, which takes place in Italian and English, you can participate in the preparation of dishes and interact with our chefs, who will tell you anecdotes and curiosities related to traditional Tuscan cuisine.

Upon arrival you will be welcomed at your station, where you will find your apron signed by Diacceroni and all the ingredients for the preparation of the dish. In the cheerful and festive atmosphere of the typical Tuscan family lunch, you will discover the secrets of the traditional recipes of our grandmothers.

Our instructor was absolutely amazing - she was passionate, well informed, and fun, sharing a lot of knowledge and interesting facts with us and helping us out when needed. Everything was super clean and hygienicWe made multiple types of pasta, exploring different shapes and styles and then we were able to enjoy these pastas on the terrace in the Tuscan hills with beautiful views (it does end up being too much pasta to eat for 2 people but you can take it away if you don't want to eat it there). As vegetarians, we were well catered too as well.
