Bicycle Tour Pizz-E-Bike

We will have an amazing day, an unforgettable cycling in Tuscany, discovering how to be a pizza maker and how to choose the best products to add on your pizza directly from the vegetable garden. Enjoy with us the wonderful surrounding views on Tuscany hills with a family atmosphere.

BIKE TOUR DETAILS

The bike tour will start from the bike shop in Castelfalfi village at 10,00 a.m. After a short explanation of the e-bike use, we’ll start our riding by bike along the Tuscany landscapes. The tuscany bike tour will follow typical Tuscany villages for taking amazing pictures of vineyards, olive groves and stunning bike roads.

During the Tuscany cycling tour by e-bike we will stop for an amazing pizza making class on our best selected organic farm on Tuscany top hill. After a short presentation, put on your nice souvenir apron and start learning how to prepare the wood-fired oven for then cooking your pizza.

You will start to knead water, flour, sourdough, salt … prepare your hands to work on the knead! Waiting to give your knead the shape, think about the products you wish to put on and follow the chef to the vegetable garden to select the seasonal products which you will then use to personalize your pizza.

At the end of the Tuscany pizza making class, we will have lunch altogether with an antipasto and with the prepared pizzas to enjoy with the farm’s wine or craft beer. We will be also glad to give you the printed recipe which you can use to enjoy being a “tuscan pizza maker” also when back home! Do you wish to enjoy your Tuscany cycling and pizza day with family and friends? On request we will be glad to make a video during the course which you will be able to keep with you at home.

We advise you to wear a sportive outfit and sneakers and don’t forget to bring your sun protection cream. This activity will take place subject to weather conditions.
