During this experience, with our guide, the truffle expert and his trained dogs, you will make the acquintenance with truffle hunting in the woods that surrounds Organic Agriturismo Diacceroni. You can learn how to distinguish the right truffles and you can taste them as we serve them prepared in little bites, accompanied by the best wine of Diacceroni.

During the trip you will meet our truffle expert (certified since 2008 by the Tuscan Region) he will accompany you and will tell you, in Italian and English about things worth knowing and anecdotes about the world of truffle and about the training of the dogs.

At the arrival at Organic Agriturismo Diacceroni you will be welcomed by our truffle expert and his trained dogs. After a good explanation about the world of truffle and after introducing his dogs, they will accompany you during the tour. You will learn about the tecniques how to look for the truffels and how to distiguish these precious jewels as the first person. When you arrive again at Organic Agriturismo Diacceroni we will serve you little bites based on the found truffles during the day, accompanied by the best wine of Diacceroni.

She was incredible and accommodating and helped make our ride special and unforgettable! She was very friendly and knowledgeable and pointed out lots of places of interest on our ride. I am a horse riding instructor at home and have worked in the equine industry for many years, and I was very excited about getting to experience a horse ride in Tuscany. It was such a cool experience to be able to walk around the barn and see the beautiful equine property. I was a little disappointed, however, in the state of how some of the horses looked. Many of them seemed thin and underfed and they did not fit in with how well the rest of the property was kept up. The hay that I saw in the barns didn’t look like it was high quality enough to provide proper nutrients for working horses. We were able to eat dinner at the restaurant one evening and the food was delicious! We did have a little trouble with our check in process as the worker who took us to our apartment didn’t seem to know which one it was. There was a bit of confusion getting to our apartment, but it was a lovely room and view once we were able to check in. The arm on the couch was broken in our room once we arrived, but other than that it was a well stocked and roomy apartment. We had an unforgettable stay and will be thinking about our amazing ride with Airin for years to come!Geeske B.Geeske B. ★★★★★ Wij waren met mijn schoonfamilie in de herfstvakantie een weekje in Toscane en daarbij mocht een pastaworkshop zeker niet ontbreken. Het was even zoeken om deze te vinden, maar we werden erg blij van de overzichtelijke site en het uitgebreide aanbod. Dus boekte we de pasta making workshop voor 10 personen incl. 2 kids van 9 en 11. Het was voor ons wel 1,5 uur rijden, maar het was een prachtige rit er naartoe. Daar aangekomen werden we vriendelijk ontvangen en overgedragen aan Ilenia die ons een duidelijke en uitgebreide uitleg gaf. Ze hielp iedereen waar nodig met veel geduld en beantwoorden al onze vragen. We moesten zelf het deeg maken en het daarna met de hand uitrollen totdat het doorschijnend was. Tussendoor werden we nog verwend met een verrukkelijke huisgemaakte Procecco. Vervolgens maakte we eerst een met ricotta gevulde ravioli, die later werd klaargemaakte in een heerlijke boter en salie saus. Daarna maakte we tagliatelle die een overheerlijke bolognesesaus kreeg en de restjes werden voorzien voor een lekkere tomatensaus. Die we daar in het restaurant lekker mochten oppeuzelen onder het genot van een heerlijk glaasje wijn.Het was echt een fantastische ervaring waar we met heel veel plezier op terugkijken en die onze reis extra speciaal heeft gemaakt. In total we were there for 3 hours- 30 minutes for the tasting, 2.5 hours waiting for food. After charging us $150 they served us plain pasta noodles and some sort of overcooked meat. We asked for a lunch refund and they refused. I never leave reviews, but if anyone is considering doing this as a tourist activity while an Italy- please don’t. Regarding the pasta you mentioned, it is a high-quality artisanal pasta that is part of our olive oil tasting menu. Serving a dish with minimal seasoning allows us to fully appreciate the flavor of our extra-virgin olive oil. We apologize for the overcooked meat, but unfortunately, we were unable to fully refund the cost of the entire experience for just one unsatisfactory dish in the tasting menu. She did the pony experience twice and she loved it. She talked the whole time about her pony. It was beautiful!! I also did a wine tasting with my parents and it was really good! The wine matched perfectly with the food, we bought a few bottles to bring back home. Für uns Erwachsene war es möglich die toskanische Landschaft beim Ausreiten zu erleben-dies war eine sehr tolle Erfahrung, die wir auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Neben den Pferden gab es vor Ort auch den Hund Gordon und 3 Kaninchen, welche für den zusätzlichen Kuschel-Spass sorgten. Mit dem Gordon durften die Kinder auch jederzeit unkompliziert spazieren gehen. The class was detailed but doable and we had quite a bit of freedom to make different types of pasta based on what Ilenia showed us. The meal at the end of the course was fantastic and the property was beautiful. It was difficult to find the property, but once we were there it was a great experience that I would book again.
