Questa esperienza ti accompagna alla scoperta del mondo del vino: passeggerai nella vigna di un’azienda vitivinicola del nostro territorio, ne visiterai la cantina, ed approfondirai le tue conoscenze del vino in barricaia. Al termine dell’esperienza potrai assaporare il gusto intenso della nostra tradizione attraverso la degustazione dei vini dell’azienda.
Durante l’esperienza potrai interagire con personale qualificato che ti illustrerà, in italiano e inglese, tutti i segreti e le curiosità del vino: come cresce la vite, i metodi di lavorazione artigianale dell’uva e l’utilizzo del vino nella cucina tradizionale toscana, apprenderai inoltre le tecniche di coltivazione della vite ed i processi di vinificazione ed invecchiamento del vino.
L’attività prosegue all’Agriturismo Biologico Diacceroni dove sarai accolto dal nostro esperto staff che ti accompagnerà durante tutta l’esperienza.
Avrai la possibilità di assaporare il gusto autentico della tradizione, attraverso un pranzo o una cena completi tra i piatti tipici della nostra terra, sapientemente abbinati alla degustazione di 5 vini Diacceroni.

We had olive tasting with dinner and it was a great experience! Learned a lot about olive oil and fell in love with it even more. Now I drink some every morning :)The dinner was delicious as well! I would definitely recommend.

Esperienza più che positiva.Io e le mie amiche siamo venute per un addio al nubilato e ci siamo trovate molto bene, il personale è stato cordiale e molto attento a tutte le nostre domande e richieste. La ragazza con cui abbiamo comunicato ci ha anche aiutate per trovare una casa in quanto da loro non era più disponibile.Tra i vari corsi disponibili abbiamo fatto il corso di cavallo e ci è piaciuto assai; l’istruttore che ci ha seguiti è stato molto professionale, ma oltre al corso di cavallo è possibile farsi tanti altri corsi come quello di cucina, caccia al tartufo, quad in experience, picnik in toscana e tante altre..Cibo buono con una vista magnifica infatti il posto si trova su in collina in mezzo al nulla, nella nosra formula c’era l’apertivo e abbiamo trovato un pò di tutto.Vini di loro produzione molto buono a prezzi onesti, infatti ne ho comprati 4 da portare a casa.Atmosfera sopratutto al tramonto spettacolare!!!Consiglio di venire infatti al tramonto per la vista meravigliosa e quiete che si può avere da qua.

Wij waren met mijn schoonfamilie in de herfstvakantie een weekje in Toscane en daarbij mocht een pastaworkshop zeker niet ontbreken. Het was even zoeken om deze te vinden, maar we werden erg blij van de overzichtelijke site en het uitgebreide aanbod. Dus boekte we de pasta making workshop voor 10 personen incl. 2 kids van 9 en 11. Het was voor ons wel 1,5 uur rijden, maar het was een prachtige rit er naartoe. Daar aangekomen werden we vriendelijk ontvangen en overgedragen aan Ilenia die ons een duidelijke en uitgebreide uitleg gaf. Ze hielp iedereen waar nodig met veel geduld en beantwoorden al onze vragen. We moesten zelf het deeg maken en het daarna met de hand uitrollen totdat het doorschijnend was. Tussendoor werden we nog verwend met een verrukkelijke huisgemaakte Procecco. Vervolgens maakte we eerst een met ricotta gevulde ravioli, die later werd klaargemaakte in een heerlijke boter en salie saus. Daarna maakte we tagliatelle die een overheerlijke bolognesesaus kreeg en de restjes werden voorzien voor een lekkere tomatensaus. Die we daar in het restaurant lekker mochten oppeuzelen onder het genot van een heerlijk glaasje wijn.Het was echt een fantastische ervaring waar we met heel veel plezier op terugkijken en die onze reis extra speciaal heeft gemaakt. All the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. We particularly enjoyed our truffle hunting expedition with Elia and his wonderful dog. We would also highly recommend the pasta and lasagna class we had with Lucia.This is a wonderful country escape for everyone. Families, singles and couples. The classes were really educational and the teacher’s knowledgeable and passionate. This was very good value for money and we would highly recommend.

The wine-tasting with Simone and Matteo at the Agriturismo Diacceroni was a very nice experience. Off course with a lot of good wine accompanied by delicious food.Very Recommendable!

During our recent holiday, our entire family had an amazing time at Agriturismo Pelagaccio in Peccioli. The location is quiet and peaceful, offering a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle of city life. One of the highlights of our stay was riding horses through the countryside with Airin. The experience was truly unforgettable, and Airin made us feel comfortable and confident as we explored the scenic landscape. The combination of nature, tranquility, and friendly hospitality made this a fantastic trip for the whole family. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful countryside retreat!

We had a great time at the glamping. A special thanks to Airin who found time for us, last minute, for the horse riding tour. And also to Alex who was good company to have with our wine tasting dinner experience. Both did an excellent job!

The pizza cooking class was really a great show and experience. Pizza dough is a science! Probs to Amir who shared his passion with us with a lot interesting facts and a good mood. Big recommendation 🙂 In fact it is not the cheapest experience, but dessert, prosecco and other drinks are included.

We took part in a cooking course with a professional cook Amir, who is proficient in all aspects of Pizza dough preparation, who also has a lot of patience with children and a lovely sense of humour.Generally the atmosphere at the farm was amazing, definitely was worth it!

Nice walk in the forest for a truffle hunt with Elia and his dog Nora. Elia is a very nice guy and he can tell you everything you ever wanted to know about truffles.

Our time on the farm was a family retreat that we all loved! We enjoyed pasta making as a family and eating it afterwards with the panoramic views surrounding us. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our kids spent an evening at the stables with Airin and the guys. The kids loved on the horses, and enjoyed riding them. The staff was extremely friendly and makes you feel at home. The experience of riding the horses in the Tuscan country side will be cherished memories for years to come.

Unsere Woche auf dem Agriturismo Diacceroni hat uns sehr gefallen. Mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Teenagern hatten wir ein einfaches aber sehr schönes und passabel ausgestattetes Apartment, etwa 10 Autominuten entfernt. Besonders die Ausritte mit Airin und ihrem Team waren top – unkompliziert, motivierend und voller Energie hat Airin jedem von uns, ob jung oder alt, das Reiten zu einem einzigartigen Erlebnis gemacht. Und ein bisschen von der toskanischen Landschaft vom Pferderücken aus erleben zu können, war einfach unvergesslich!Auch der Pasta-Kurs war genial. Gemeinsam Teig kneten, Pasta formen und das Selbstgemachte genießen – das hat uns allen richtig Spaß gemacht!Insgesamt haben Massi und sein herzliches Team uns bestens versorgt. Es wurde an alles gedacht, sodass man sich gut aufgehoben fühlte und perfekt entspannen konnte.Danke für die wunderbare Woche – wir kommen sicher wieder!

We had the best experience!I was with my daughter from 4 years old. She did the pony experience twice and she loved it. She talked the whole time about her pony. It was her first time but the guys from the stable were really nice for her.I did a ride outside in the fields for the first time with Airin, she gave me a lot of tips about horse riding and I really liked it, she knows the horses very well. It was beautiful!! I also did a wine tasting with my parents and it was really good! The wine matched perfectly with the food, we bought a few bottles to bring back home. My daughter did a cooking class, that was really fun! Me and my mother also did a cooking class so we could make the delicious pasta sauce at home. Lucia was so nice and she speaks very well English! My daughter couldn’t stop talking about Amir, such a kids person so that was really nice! We really enjoyed our time over there and the staff was amazing! Really hard working people. We stayed in the B&B, we had a lovely room, if you opened the windows you could see the cypresses and the fields. The bed and pillows were really good. If it rains you need to bring a book or games so you can stay inside or take a cooking class! We were with the car so we also saw Florence and San Gimignano. See you next year!

Wir hatten auf Agritourismo Diacceroni eine sehr schöne Zeit. Wir waren von Airin und ihrem Team, das sich dort um die Pferde kümmert sehr begeistert. Unsere Kinder konnten beim Pferdepflegen helfen und das Reiten näher kennenlernen. Für uns Erwachsene war es möglich die toskanische Landschaft beim Ausreiten zu erleben-dies war eine sehr tolle Erfahrung, die wir auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Neben den Pferden gab es vor Ort auch den Hund Gordon und 3 Kaninchen, welche für den zusätzlichen Kuschel-Spass sorgten. Mit dem Gordon durften die Kinder auch jederzeit unkompliziert spazieren gehen. Wir haben uns in die dortige Landschaft und Herzlichkeit der Menschen verliebt und hoffen, bald wieder kommen zu können.

The most memorable thing about Diacceroni for us was the ordering experience for my son. It was his first ever time in a horse but his instructor Airin was incredible! She was so knowledgeable and gave us so much interesting information about horses and how she trains them, as well as showing my son how to brush, saddle, and be comfortable on the horse. She made for a fabulous experience! Would highly recommend booking a time with her. She also gave me fabulous recommendations for other parts of Italy near where we are staying. It’s a great, relaxing place, I would recommend especially if you have a family.

Truffeljacht gedaan met aansluitend een borreltje en kleine hapjes met truffel.De gids was erg enthousiast en vertelde alles wat je wilt weten van truffels. Daarna met z'n allen plus de hond het bos in om truffels te zoeken. Hele leuke activiteit

Alex was fantastic for the wine tasting! He is very knowledgeable and I gained a lot of insights. Diacceroni is absolutely the best place to stay. Beautiful scenery, fantastic restaurant, great activities and the staff is extremely friendly. They go above and beyond to be helpful.We attended the Pizza Making Class taught by Amir and it was excellent. Amir walked us step by step through making authentic Italian pizza. He carefully explained the ingredients and the process and we all were successful in creating our own pizza. He was loads of fun!Lucia taught a pasta making class and she was awesome. The class was large but she was highly organized and her demonstrations were very clear. Everyone had a wonderful time and we were all successful in the pasta making!

Our entire experience at the Diacceroni Agriturismo has been unbelievable!!! The hospitality is exceptional! The Staff have all treated us like Family. 💜We got to enjoy the Chef’s Pairing with Alex, who is incredibly knowledgeable and made our evening most enjoyable! 🍷We also greatly enjoyed the Pizza Class with Amir!!! It was an absolute blast!!! It blows my mind how many pizzas Amir makes every single week! All of the Staff here are incredibly HARD WORKING & provide the most beautiful hospitality! Our party thoroughly enjoyed our wine tasting with dinner tonight. Alex was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The food was so delicious and the wine was excellent. We had a fantastic evening all around.We also had a ton of fun at the pizza making class with Amir. Amir really broke down the process of making our own dough so that I feel like I might actually be able to make it at home. The entire class was very interesting and entertaining.

We had a super nice horseback ride through the Tuscan countryside. Aerin did a lovely job, comforting my daughter, who was a bit scared at first. We all enjoyed it very much as you definitely can absorb the environment much better when you are riding a horse. An experience you shouldn’t miss!!!

Had a great time, very informative. Nura is an expert hunter! Elia provided tons of information on how to buy truffles ourselves and we enjoyed hearing his passion for truffle hunting.

A fantastic fresh pasta cooking course in a beautiful setting. During the course you receive lots of help if you're struggling (like me). Afterwards you eat your own made pasta overlooking the beautiful tuscan hills. Very friendly staff, would recommend!

Wir waren heute für einen Pasta Kurs Vorort. Es war traumhaft. Bei bester Kulisse haben wir von Naima und Martina die Künste Italienischer Nudeln kennengelernt. Die Nudeln waren super lecker. Tolle Location, Tolles Team, Fabelhaftes Essen. Nur zu empfehlen!

One of the best cooking class experiences. Our Chef Maurizio was so professionally experienced in being greatly detailed with every step of showing us how to make pasta. An experience I will never forget. Had a fabulous time and now I will definitely be making my own pasta. Maurizio was outstanding, friendly and so pleasant to understand and listen too. Wonderful experience to cherish. Thank you Maurizio and to your wonderful Indian gentleman assistant. We will definitely be back to learn more. Grazie.
